The proposed method of monitoring patient vibrations for controlling electronic cardiac pacemaker of the present invention employs a monitoring system consisting of an electronic cardiac pacemaker (1) that is provided with an accelerometer and at least one external wireless module (2), wherein each external wireless module (2) includes one triaxial accelerometer, a wireless communication module SRDband, a microprocessor for controlling, measuring, and communication, and a power supply unit in the form of an accumulator. The method is characterized in that at the same time instant acceleration values are measured in both implanted accelerometer of the electronic cardiac pacemaker (1)and simultaneously in the external wireless modules (2), the obtained acceleration value is wirelessly transmitted in real time to the electronic cardiac pacemaker (1) microprocessor where weight and acceleration vector for each individual akcelerometr is evaluated. Based on size and direction of the weight vector, energy of each accelerometer is continuously and separately calculated and compared with the energy threshold value. When said threshold value of each individual accelerometer is exceeded, a mutual similarity of an energy signal and weight vectors of all the measuring accelerometers is compared and subsequently, based on comparison of energy values of each individual accelerometer, a stimulation frequency in the set stimulation mode is adjusted.
