Platinum oxalate-complexes with N6-benzyladenine derivatives, process of their preparation and use of such complexes as medicaments in antitumor therapy

In the present invention, there are disclosed platinum oxalate-complexes in oxidation stage +II and their crystal solvates including a structural motif I or of the general formula II and expressed by structural formulae [Pt(L)i2(ox)] II or [Pt(L)(L')i2(ox)] III, where the symbols L a L' represent a derivative of N6-benzyladenine of the general formula IV bound to a platinum atom of the base motif V. There is also disclosed a process for preparing the above-described complexes, a pharmaceutical composition in which the complexes are comprised as well as their use in the treatment of tumor diseases.
