This invention relates to industrial power engineering and atmospheric quality control of urban air pools with high pollution levels from various sources. According to the invention, a new life quality support system – atmospheric sanitation infrastructure – will be created within the complex of urban and trans-border infrastructures. The core technological means of the system are compressor stations equipped with automated air pollutant detection sensors and apparatuses for pollutant separation and elimination. The compressor stations are built to be collectively used by a group of manufacturers. This allows for rational usage of the system's established power and effective recycling of the heat energy, that accompanies the compressors work. The heat energy is converted into electrical energy and supplied towards the air pollution filters work. Another application of the system involves a controlled exchange of the air masses with remote regions, which maintain their capability to stably generate industrial size pools of clean natural air. Pure carbon dioxide, extracted from the manufacturer's air exhaust, will be transported to the remote regions and used as an agricultural plant's growth stimulator. Clean natural air from the remote regions will be pumped into the urban areas.
