The proposed solution provides a functional model of a gaming system based on using up-to-date SMS technologies of mobile communication and computer technologies and is a method for performing an interactive game. A distinguished feature of the inventive solution is characterized in that the system comprises a number of additional computer devices due to which the gaming system acquires new substantial features. Thus, using a coordinated operation of two additional devices (12) and (13) with preloaded therein parameters perform an automatic, synchronous with the gaming process winner determination before the game is over. Using known devices (11), (15), (7), (6), (5) and (3) information parameters are formed short messages and direct them to participants addresses, said parameters provide to control the protection mechanism of the gaming process from possible outer interference. Using additional devices (23) and (22) with the preloaded parameters the most active game participants are determined automatically for determining ward sizes or award types. Using devices (14) with the preloaded parameters money sum is determined and their allotment to different state, social, scientific and other purposes which do not contradict state and social interests principles of morale and humanity. The gaming process comprises mass media information which coordinate interaction between the game operator and the participants thereof presenting then information about game start, its procedure and results.
