The invention relates to equipment for applying chemical and galvanic coatings and can be used practically in all branches of industry associated with metal treatment. An automated line for applying chemical and galvanic coating comprises processing bathes (1) and washing bathes (5), means for inter-operational transport of details being coated, loading and discharging units, a railway, sensors (21, 22, 23), a ventilation system, a tray (24) for collecting droplets from details being coated, the bathes are arranged in two rows with long sides along a galvanic line, wherein the washing bathes (5) are positioned opposite the processing bathes (1) provided with covers (2) with a sliding element and sections (3) of the ventilation system with openings into the inner space of the processing bathes, the means for inter-operational transport of details being coated is designed as a transporting robot (8) with an electric drive (11) for travelling along the galvanic line and an electric drive (12) for transverse movement of an enclosure (13) mounted on a platform (14) at which a drive (15) is mounted for lifting/lowering details inside the enclosure (13), the railways (7) of the transport robot (8) are laid between rows of the processing bathes (1) and the washing bathes (5) and implemented as two parallel channel bars (9) rigidly fixed on the platform (6) inside which four running wheels (10) of the transport robot (8) are positioned, the enclosure is provided with a sliding element (16) arranged at a level of the processing bath cover end, the sliding element adapted to cooperate with a sliding element (17) of the processing bath (1) cover (20) and a frame (18) for capturing of the processing bath cover, and a device for programmable control of the process is embodied as a board controller (20) with control and indication elements, the controller (20) is positioned on the transport robot (8), beneath the enclosure (13) there positioned the tray (24) for collecting droplets from details being coated and a container (25) for collecting droplets from the tray(24) with a cock (26) for draining container content into a separate capacity. The inventive result is aimed at increasing output, longer life time, better ecological compatibility, lesser work content and more convenient operation conditions.
