The utility model discloses a structure for placing inverter units and power supply units of a transducer. The inverter units are placed side by side and the power supply units are placed side by side. The physically shunt-wound inverter units and the physically shunt-wound power supply units are mutually overlapped so that direct current (DC) connectors of the inverter units face DC connectors of the power supply units. The DC connector of each inverter unit is connected with the DC connector of each power supply unit, so that unit pairs are formed between the inverter units and the power supply units, and therefore main circuits are formed. The main circuits are mutually connected.
