The subject of the invention is a thermo-frame element, and heat-radiating, radiant heat absorbing, air-heating and air-recooling bordering surfaces formed with this thermo- frame element. Furthermore, in consequence of its material, the thermo-frame element is suitable for forming thermo-frame elements of optional shapes. The thermo-frame element, and heat-radiating, radiant heat absorbing, and air-heating and air-recooling bordering surfaces formed with this thermo-frame element contains a pipeline placed in grooves formed in thermal insulating material.
