The present invention relates to a centralized task distributed network management architecture for wireless sensor network adapted to provide a resource-friendly communication medium between its constituent elements, said system being a three layered network management architecture comprising a master means adapted to be the first layer of said three layered architecture of said network management architecture, said master means adapted to create a first routing information and a second routing information based upon gauged factors provided by a gauging means; a router, means adapted to be the second layer of .said three layered architecture of said network management architecture, said router means adapted to include a plurality of router node elements and further adapted to follow said created first routing information; and a sensor means adapted to be the third layer of said three layered architecture of said network management architecture, said sensor means adapted to include a plurality of sensor node elements and further adapted to follow said created second routing information; thereby forming a connected hierarchical network between said master means, said router means, and said sensor means and providing routes between master means and said sensor node elements and also said router node elements.
