The present invention is related to a measurement and control system at the bottom of a hydrocarbon well by means of dragging samples, which is able to measure any type of chemical element present at the bottom of a hydrocarbon producing well, and as a specific case, the oxygen measurement being also obtained; said measurement is attained by injecting air at high pressure to the oil well so as to provoke the in-situ combustion. Said process promotes the formation of combustion gases (H2O, CO2, CO, N2 inert) due to the temperature increase. The gases, during the travel thereof to the hydrocarbon production wells, help to displace the oil remaining in the well, thus increasing the recovery factor of the well. The design of the system for measuring and controlling different physical variables involved in the air injection process is based in the elimination of risks that may occur, such as air infiltrated in fractures, and thereby into the production well.
