An inhaler (10) to deliver a therapeutic agent or drug in selective doses from multiple dose packs is disclosed. The inhaler contains one or more vibrator mechanisms (36, 37) in one or more powder dispensing chambers (34, 35) for delivery of varying doses of a therapeutic agent or drug. Each pack contains 1 to 5 unit doses of the agent from which 1 to10 unit doses could be selectively delivered to a user.
