The invention relates to a method for dosing the pesticide 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxy-benzoic acid in environment samples. According to the invention, the method consists in that a mixture comprising a suspension of silicon dioxide micro beads covered with an antibody anti 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxy-benzoic acid in a dilution of 1:10 in phosphate buffer, a standard pesticide solution of 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxy-benzoic acid having a known concentration or an unknown sample in phosphate buffer and a solution of enzyme marker of 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxy-benzoic acid - alkaline phosphatase, having a concentration of 10 micro g/ml is maintained at the ambient temperature for 2 hours, then is subjected to centrifugation and the supernatant is removed, further on a solution of p-nitro-phenyl-phosphate in sodium carbonate is admixed, and after stopping the reaction with the enzymatic substrate the optic absorbance of the supernatant resulting from centrifugation is measured in a spectrophotometer at a wave length of 400 nm.
