Invention herewith described refers to the system for installing the windmills on overhead transmission towers and supporting structures of the rail vehicle contact networks. The essence of this invention is to build the windmills for electricity production with lower investments compared to windmills installed on individual poles. High supporting structures should be manufactured of hollow metal profiles through which will flow air. When the pillars are exposed to the sun, through the hollow profiles will flow heated air which can drive a windmill even if there is no wind. Because of additional loads, the existing supporting structures on which the windmills will be installed should be strengthened with additional profiles to obtain the air circulation channels. Supporting structures will be used for mounting the transmission network for electricity produced by windmills, which further reduces the construction costs and thus increases the profitability of installing windmills on supporting structures used for other purposes.
