摘要

A digital tampon, particularly a hygienic tampon, consists of an absorbent unwoven natural and/or synthetic fibre based material of respectively appropriate composition, which is formed to an at least approximately cylindrical formpiece (10) which is designed symmetrically with regard to the lengthwise axis (100) running in the direction of the insertion of the tampon (1) into a respectively appropriate body opening. The tampon (1) comprises four pairs of grooves (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) displaced uniformly in the perimetral direction, where two pairs of grooves (11, 13, 15, 17), impressed at a predetermined width (B1) and predetermined depth (T1), are arranged on mutually perpendicular planes running along the lengthwise axis (100) of the shape (10) or the tampon (1), whereas the remaining pairs of grooves (12, 14, 16, 18) with the width (B2), which are impressed to the depth (T2), are to be found on two mutually perpendicular planes, running along the lengthwise axis (100) of the shape (10) or the tampon (1), which are rotated around the said axis (100) for the angle of 45 degrees with regard to the previously mentioned two planes.
