Method for preparation of keratin fertilizer with admixture of humin acids in colloidal form and keratin fertilizer with admixture of humin acids

Weighted feathers are placed into a reaction vessel and potassium hydroxide (KOH) is added. Then water is added to the prepared mixture and decomposition of the feather is realized in the closed reaction vessel. Later, phosphoric acid is added to the reaction vessel in order to neutralize the prepared mixture, then pH of the mixture is measured and in a case of bigger deviation the pH is adjusted by adding of phosphoric acid or potassium hydroxide. After it magnesium sulphate, iron sulphate, hydroboric acid, manganous sulphate, zinc sulphate, cupric sulphate, ammonium molybdate, calcium nitrate are added. The mixture is divided into prepared transport containers, where the distribution depends on the weight of potassium hydroxide content in the prepared mixture. The neutralized mixture, what is "the basis of the fertilizer" is distributed from the reaction vessel on the basis of calculation into the prepared transport containers with the aid of draining pump through a suitable filter at continuous stirring of the prepared mixture (the basis of the fertilizer) in the reaction vessel. The transport containers are watertight-closing containers with possibility of mixing. Water is added into the container with the prepared mixture and it is fully mixed. Then humin acids are added into the prepared diluted mixture in the transport container and finished keratin fertilizer with addition of humin acids in colloidal form is set up.
