A method for surgical treatment of bilateral lung tuberculosis comprises the complete longitudinal sternotomy, extrapleural isolation and resection of lungs, suture ligation of breast bone. The newly formed extrapleural areas are filled with collagene biopolymer and drained with microirrigators.
