Method for diagnostics of slowly progressing auto-immune insular diabetes of adults by means of determination of anti-bodies to decarboxylase of glutamine acid. At absence of stable compensation of hydrocarbon exchange at back ground of application of per oral sugar-decreasing therapy in combination with decrease of body mass of patient one additionally determines antibodies to cytoplazmatic antigen and thyrizinophosphataze and at presence of positive titer of at least one type of antibodies one diagnoses slowly progressing auto-immune insular diabetes of adults.
