A method for the early sanatorium rehabilitation of the patients after endoprosthesis replacement of hip joint provides for electromyostimulation with the massage and magnetolaser therapy and/or ultraphonophoresis applied to lumbar-sacral area. The therapeutic exercises are also provided with the graduated walking and mechanotherapy. In 3-4 days after the beginning of the sanatorium treatment, hydrokinesotherapy in the specialized pool is provided.
