A method for prognosing of risk of acute coronary syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease, infected by virus family Herpesviridae, comprises the identification of markers of systemic inflammatory response. Increased risk is deternmined at determination of fluorescence index Herpesviridae group antigen in leukocytes from 10 to 80% or more, availability of decreasing trend (33% or more) of lymphocyte subpopulations CD3, CD4, CD8 and their ratio (CD4/CD8), reaction of lymphocytes blast-transformation while increasing (on 33% and more) of indexes of proinflammatory TNF content.
