A locomotive sandbox, in which upstream of a burner there are located a central conductor, an electrode in the form of a cylinder, a power supply, an electro-pneumatic multi-position valve connected to a speedometer, a control system connected to a receiver and a measuring voltmeter and downstream of the burner an adjustable power supply is located which is connected to the electrodes located on the pipeline.
