A method for diagnostics of renal hypertension in patients with salt diathesis comprises the research of salt diathesis form, kidney size, and place of their placement by pulpation. The relative sizes of projections of direct parts of kidney contours which adjoin nearer to the back, in horizontal and vertical planes are determined at the level of 10th pectoral vertebra (rib) by percussion with horizontally located finger-plessimeter with small force with frequency of 2 kicks per second with duration 2 minutes, marks with a pen or marker of certain sizes are made on patient body, the kidney contours are measured by line and on measurings of certain pathology a conclusion about a level (stages) of renal hypertension is made.
