METHOD FOR CHOICE OF IMMUNOCORRECTOR AT SURGICAL TREATMENT OF OBLITERATING ATHEROSCLEROSIS OF AORTA AND ITS BRANCHES

Method for choice of immunocorrector at surgical treatment of obliterating atherosclerosis of aorta and its branches includes investigation of activity of blood neutrophils. Blood is investigated in reaction of phagocytosis with use of line of immunocorrectors with calculation of index of sensitivity for each preparation by ratio:I=PNS/PNS, whereI index of sensitivity of preparation;PNS phagocyte number sumptuous, without immunocorrector;PNS- phagocyte number stimulated, with immunocorrector,With selection for treatment of immunocorrector with correspondence to maximal value of index I, though not smaller than 1.27.
