A method for estimation of efficiency of treatment with lerkanipidin of patients with ischemic heart disease with stenocardia and arterial hypertensia with disorder of left ventricle diastolic function by hypertrophic type consists in that prior to treatment with lerkanidipin in patient in the state of rest the Doppler achocardiography is carried out and transmittal circulation is determined of early diastolic filling determination. After treatment with lerkanidipin the same study is conducted if a rate of early diastolic filling of the left ventricle is increased on 15 % and more campared with the rate prior to treatment, then hemodynamic result and antianginal effect are estimated as positive.
