摘要

A method for estimation of efficiency of treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease with stenocardia and arterial hypertensia with left ventricle diastolic function disorder by "hypertrophic" type with propranolol comprises the comparison of the state of patients before and after treatment. The treatment with propranolol for a patient in the rest state is conducted by Doppler-echocardiography and transmitral blood stream is determined by measuring of a rate of the early diastole filling, further after treatment with propranolol the similar research is conducted. If the rate of the early diastole filling of the left ventricle will increased on 9.7 % and more as compared to the rate before treatment, then the haemodynamic result and antianginal effect are estimated as positive.
