A method for intramedullary osteosynthesis of the long bones comprises the dissection of the soft tissues, the trepanation of the bone, the insertion of the blocked intramedullary fixator, the positioning of the drill device, the drilling of the bone, and the blocking with the screws. The blocked intramedullary fixator is used with the longitudinal openings made in perpendicular to its central axis. The fixator is passed through the medullary canal of the proximal and distal bone fragments.
