METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF GRADE OF LIVER FIBROSIS AT CHRONIC HEPATITIS C

Method for diagnostics of grade of liver fibrosis at chronic hepatitis C includes implementation of blood investigation. In blood serum one determines content of glucose and insulin, on basis of those characteristics of calculates level of insulin resistance (HOMA-R). At characteristic HOMA-R higher than norm 1,5-2 times one diagnoses ill-defined or moderate fibrosis, and at increase of this characteristic 3 and more times severe fibrosis with transformation to liver cirrhosis.
