COMPLEX OF EQUIPMENT FOR SEPARATION OF COAL HEAPS OF MINES AND DRESSING WORKS INTO COAL CONCENTRATE AND BUILDING MATERIAL

A complex of equipment for separation of coal heaps of mines and dressing works into coal concentrate and building material comprises a mixing tank with drain, in which is prepared a water-coal slurry, a triboseparator containing a rotating cylindrical perforated body located almost horizontally, inside which is located a horizontal pipe with nozzles for supply of industrial water to one-half of the body, an unloader of large particles of coal and a storage tank of aqueous solution of ash. Mixing tank is made with a bottom inclined toward the drain and is equipped with an inclined conveyor lowered into the lowest point of its bottom, and a control unit of density of the suspension of any known design such as a float connected to a cock, and the drain is directed on the screen, under which is mounted a storage tank of aqueous solution of ash and fines of coal concentrate connected through a pump with a hydrocyclone, and also has a second screen to weed out the smaller coal fractions with a storage tank and a sump.
