A method for determination of effective parameters of degassing and unloading of coal seam with hydro-dynamical effect includes geo-technological determination of effective radius of hydro-dynamical effect, required amount of extraction of coal at hydro-dynamical effect, required amount of gas from zone of treatment after implementation of hydro-dynamical effect, with determination of term of degassing of treated zone of coal seam. Effective radius of hydro-dynamical effect is determined before its implementation, with determination of required amount of coal extraction during time of implementation of hydro-dynamical effect on coal seam, after implementation of hydro-dynamical effect one determines needed amount of gas that is to be extracted from zone of coal seam being treated, with determination of term of degassing treated zone of coal seam.
