METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF MUTATIONS IN GENE K-RAS IN PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL CANCER

摘要

Method for determination of mutations in gene K-ras in patients with colorectal cancer includes separation of deoxyribonucleic acid from biological material and implementation of amplification of area under investigation by method of polymerase chain reaction. Determination of point mutations of gene is carried out in one step with use of specific primers and fluorescent probes with detection of results in mode of real time.
