CONTROL VALVE FOR WORKING AND REVERSE CYLINDERS OF HYDRAULIC FORGING OF PUNCHING PRESSES

摘要

A valve for control of working and reverse cylinders of hydraulic forging or punching presses includes guide cup with rows of through openings arranged together with seat of the main valve and pressing perforated nut that acts as restrictor of stroke for the rod. Control effect on the rod of the valve is performed from individual following servo-drive that is installed over the control valve, at that as unloading valve there acts the rod, that for on its lower part, and in the valve, shutoff facets are provided, those are connected at closed valve, and the high and low pressure cavities over and under the valve are connected to each other at lift of the rod by means of system of openings provided in the inner shutoff facet of the valve at angle to its axis, and central opening provided in the lower part of the valve.
