A method for producing soft cheese product based on skimmed milk powder in which skimmed milk powder, peanut kernel concentrate and maize flour are used as milk, refined deodorized sunflower oil is used as milk fat, and also cheese mass is subjected to heat treatment with gradually increasing temperature from 38 to 65 °C and introducing peanut kernel concentrate and maize flour at this stage.
