A method for prevention of hypothyroidism after thyroidectomy on pollinosis goiter comprises the removal of the entire thyroid gland with subsequent separation and transplantation of intact portion of the gland. The separation of the unchanged parts of the gland removed from the pathologically transformed performed intraoperatively at the microscopic level by reviewing the drug under the microscope, followed by transplantation of intact tissue in intermuscular tissue front of the neck.
