A method of filling a tank of a carrier rocket of aircraft missile system with liquid oxygen, in which filling of the tank of carrier rocket and a cryogenic tank is made with liquid oxygen under the temperature corresponding to its boiling point at normal atmospheric pressure. Temperature control of liquid oxygen in the tank of carrier rocket is carried out by initiating a process of boiling of liquid oxygen in the tank of carrier rocket and cryogenic tank by connecting the gas part of cryogenic tank to the atmosphere and use of change of atmospheric pressure outboard, which leads to overcooling liquid oxygen. The desired temperature of the liquid oxygen in the tank of carrier rocket is achieved by maintaining in it of required pressure value using an adjustable valve on the pipeline connecting the gas part of tank of carrier rocket and the cryogenic tank.
