A method for preventing lymphorrhea in the surgical treatment of the patients with the large postoperative hernias comprises T-shaped dissection of dermal-subcutaneous layer. The transverse segment of the access is strictly perpendicular to the vertical axis of the body taking into account the topography of the blood vessels.
