A method for the preoperative assessment of the risk of postoperative complications in patients with non-tumor obstructive jaundice comprises the determination of the severity of patients state and the risk of postoperative complications at the time of hospitalization. The determination of the risk of postoperative complications is carried out according to the severity of the preoperative evaluation by sum of scores on anamnestic, clinical, laboratory and instrumental unit and diagnostic indices scoring changes unit.
