A method for prevention of gastroenteric diseases of piglets comprises the use of bioactive compounds for stimulation of the immune system. To milk from a 10 daily age the following is added: tincture of Echinacea purple in a dose of 1.5 cmon a head or tincture of bee propolis 15 cmor tinctures of Echinacea purple and bee propolis together in doses (1 cm+ 1 cm), twice a day, during 35 days.
