A process for preparation of a complex of bioactive substances with hepatoprotective, analgetic activity and regenerating action on pancreas comprises the triple extraction of the grounded up raw plant materials with water at temperature of 95- with the subsequent combination of the filtered extracts, their evaporation and drying. As raw plant materials the herb of lentil food (Lens culinaris M.) is used, the first extraction is performed in the ratio raw material: extractant of 1:10 during 2.0 hours, the second and the third in the ratio of of 1:9 during 1.0 hour.
