Method for diagnostics of secondary resistance to acetylsalicylic acid in patients of elderly age includes standard aggregatometry by the method Born G. For determination of level of aggregation activity of thrombocytes. Additionally one determines content of arachidonic acid in membranes of thrombocytes on total amount of fat acids and at value lower that 16 % one diagnoses secondary resistance to acetylsalicylic acid.
