A myofunctional apparatus for preventing and treating dentoalveolar abnormalities in the children with infantile cerebral paralysis is designed as the removable one-piece construction consisting of the plastic basal plates for upper and lower jaws. Their occlusion surfaces are covered with the thin layer of the soft plastic. On the vestibular and lingual surfaces as well as on the palatine side, the additional U-shaped wires are installed. In the frontal area, the holder is modeled.
