The invention relates to medicine and chemical-pharmaceutical industry, in particular to elaboration, production and application of preparation of cardiovascular effect on basis of trimetazidine dihydrochloride in form of tablets that include 20 mg or 35 mg of active substance. The method claimed is in fact that for study of tablets one uses X-ray structure analysis at emission at 1,5405Ǻ with comparison of parameters obtained to parameters of individual ingredients in crystalline form, with determination of parameters of independent reproduction of components and by deflection of those one makes conclusion on quality of preparation, kinetics of dissolution of trimetadizine and on physical-mechanical properties of tablets.
