METHOD, SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE FOR THE CREATION, MANAGEMENT, PUBLICATION, SYNDICATION AND MEASUREMENT OF INTERNET OR SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT AND TALENTSABSTRACT The invention is a computer based social and collaborative method, system and software (herein "Social Media Content and Talent Management System or SMCTMS") that combines content, project, media and talent management methods and tools for the purpose of creating, collaborating, managing, syndicating and publishing internet content and programs.The SMCTMS enables a project manager to mange a content program, project or campaign on the internet through social content creation, management, publication, analytical tracking (per content, per published site) and features collaborative multi-user interfaces; coupled with a talent database where jobs or tasks can be outsourced to, the ability to post jobs, manage talent job deliverables or key performance indicators (KPI), make payments per completion of each item submitted or task, job deadline management and track recording of talent's performances.The invention is also a convergent media software, system and platform, which allows its Users to manage and access SMCTMS features via mobile internet devices, internet-enabled entertainment and gaming devices, and computer devices.Figure 16
