This invention relates to a system for establishing and/or developing human relations using wireless communications as a means of transporting information. One part (A), called the master device, communicates with other master devices of other users (A'), sharing what are known as profiles (P). These profiles are assessments that the system uses for comparison and that define or can define aspects of the user's personality, likes and concerns. The master devices (A, A', etc.) also communicate wirelessly (I, I', etc.) with specific or slave devices (B, B', etc.), with which they are associated and which they order to act in the manner programmed. The manner in which the slave devices (B, B', etc.) respond indicates the degree of affinity or friendliness between users.
