The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly device for collecting plastic sheets from cultivated soil, formed by a coulter that lifts the plastic from the soil with the aid of a concave bar. The plastic passes along a belt formed by steel rods and arrives at a lifting platform for the storage thereof. The belt is actuated at the upper end thereof by means of a cardan drive originating in the vehicle transporting the device. Said drive is connected to a rotor, the shaft of which is provided with a first pinion of a driving chain, the second pinion thereof belonging to the belt. The lifting platform, which includes a parallelepiped-shaped floor and a guard rail, is lifted by means of a pair of pins joined to the frame of the device, the end of which is provided with a space enabling the movement of a screw joined to the platform. The platform is supported by means of rollers on another pin which extends downward from the frame.
