Plasmidic gene construct (pMTT5LucFF) including promoter MTT5 ciliate Tetrahymena thermophila gene for the development of a useful cell biosensor for detecting heavy metals.; pMTT5LucFF gene construct plasmid constructed from plasmid pBT Delta-7Luc, after inserting the construction PMTT5 :: lucFF. This construction is formed by the promoter region of MTT5 gene (coding for a metallothionein-Cd) of ciliated T. thermophila and LucFF reporter gene (luciferase encoding).; This plasmid is based molecular tool for building a biosensor cell in the ciliate Tetrahymena thermophila-model that is useful for the detection of heavy metals in water samples and / or terrestrial presumably contaminated.
