Procedure for the separation of acids from reaction mixtures, which contain at least one phosphoric acid diesteramide, phosphoric acid esterdiamide, phosphoric acid triamide, phosphorous acid diesteramide, phosphorous acid esterdiamide, phosphorous acid triamide, disteramide thiophosphoric acid, thiophosphoric acid esterdiamide or thiophosphoric acid triamide as a product of value with reduced water solubility, by means of at least one tertiary apolar amine as an auxiliary base, comprising the steps: a) reaction of the auxiliary base as the acid under salt formation; b) reaction of the salt formed in step b) with another base, which absorbs the acid under release from the auxiliary base, and forms a salt with very good water solubility with the acid to be received by the auxiliary base; c) extraction of the mixture obtained in step b) with water or an aqueous medium, the salt dissolving from the additional base in the aqueous phase, and forming the valuable product or dissolving the valuable product in an appropriate solvent and auxiliary base at least one separate non-aqueous phase; and d) distillation of at least a part of solvent, present if necessary, from at least one non-aqueous phase obtained in step c), forming two non-miscible liquid phases.
