Fibrin gel containing fibroblasts and epithelial cells of limbus for bioengineering ocular surface (cornea, conjunctiva and limbus).; A gel autologous fibrin comprising fibroblasts and epithelial cells of limbus (niche stem cells of the cornea) and a method of preparation thereof comprising: culturing fibroblasts and epithelial cells of limbus, resuspend cultured fibroblasts in a solution blood plasma, add an antifibrinolytic agent to the mixture, polymerizing the mixture, seeding the mixture into a sterile culture container and seeding cultured epithelial cells over the mixture. This gel can be used in the manufacture of medicaments for use in the treatment of degenerative, inflammatory or genetic diseases or ocular surface even in those same diseases for which this technique would also be used as tissue engineering.
