A scintigraphic device with collimator with integrated crystals with high spatial resolution, comprising in succession from an open end of a container (5) coated with a protective coating (6) starting from the source of the event to be measured: one collimator (1) for photon low energy gamma made of a material with a high atomic number, internally having a multiplicity of equal conduits (10) of determined length, identified and separated by septa (11) of suitable thickness to absorb the energy gamma low energy photons, terminating in a common end plane (12) on the side opposite the source of the event to be measured next; a structure (2) of scintillation crystal capable of converting radiation from the source under examination into light radiation; at least a photomultiplier (3) of the type with anodes or crossed wires receiving the light radiation emitted by the structure (2) scintillation crystal and generate proportional electrical signals to the released energy and are used for determining the position coordinates ; electronic components (4, 7, 8) capable of performing amplification of integration of the signals generated by the photomultiplier (3) for determining the coordinates (XY) position of the event and the related energy for their subsequent transfer to device conversion and hence to an electronic processor (9) which processes and displayed on a monitor as an image, characterized in that said structure (2) scintillator crystal is formed by a multiplicity of individual crystals (20) of polygonal section and with first base faces (21) and second base faces (22) and a side surface (23), being oriented said first base faces (21) towards said photomultiplier (3) and said second faces base being oriented ( 22) in the opposite direction with respect to said photomultiplier (3), each of the individual crystals (20) integrally integrated in proximity of the end each of said conduits (10), said end of each of said conduits (10) towards said photomultiplier (3) being oriented, each of said conduits (10) of the collimator (1) a polygonal section formed in wherein each crystal (20) is positioned such that all said first faces (21) of said glass (20) facing said photomultiplier (3) lie in the same plane parallel to said plane common end (12 ) coordinator (1).
