Compound of formula (II): ** (See formula) ** wherein R1 and R2 taken together are -NHC they (= O) CH = CH-; and R5 is selected from -O-C1-6alquilenilo-NR10R11 and NR12R13 C1-6alquilenilo-and R6 is hydrogen, or R5 is C 1-4 alkoxy and R6 is-C1-6alquilenilo-NR12R13 where each of R10, R11, R13 R12y is independently hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl or R10 and R11 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a piperazinyl ring, or a salt or solvate or stereoisomer thereof.
