Method for controlling in the protection of plants or of plant health fungal attack, yeast, bacteria, viruses and insects, which is characterized in that, in a first stage, the plants are moisturized - by pole electrical technique jet pulverizing air - with an inorganic wetting agent and the same are subjected to radiation of a light UVC while, in a second phase and also by means of a bipolar electrical technique jet pulverizing air, plants are subjected to spraying with water containing ozone, and the same are also herein subjected to radiation of a light UVC.
