The subject of the present invention is a process for the preparation of interaction compounds of an active substance which is poorly soluble in an aqueous medium with a porous support, characterized in that it comprises the following stages: (a) mixing the active substance generated per supercritical fluid and the determined quantity of porous support; (b) implementing a molecular diffusion step by bringing a supercritical fluid into static contact with the mixture obtained in step (a) for the time necessary to improve the dissolution in an aqueous medium of the mixture obtained step (a); (c) washing the interaction compound obtained in step (b) with a flow of supercritical fluid; (d) recovering the particles of the interaction compound thus formed. It also relates to a compound capable of being obtained by this process.
