A disposable device for transferring and/or circulating an active liquid intoand/or inside an intracorporeal cavity is elongate along a reference axis, hasan intrinsic axial consistency which is sufficient to allow the device to beintroduced into the cavity by being pushed in axially. The device includes anexpandable tampon made of at least one absorbent material, having a proximalportion and a distal portion, designed to collect and absorb said activeliquid dispensed in the intracorporeal cavity and to expand and bear in a leaktight manner against mucous membrane of the intracorporeal cavity, and asource of liquid phase including a capsule, at least the proximal part ofwhich is at least partially surrounded by the expandable tampon.
